Submitted by Joseph D, who loves to hug.

I can think of a couple of ways to hug a pufflalump wrong.

Incorrect source or offensive?

    Now I miss my Puffalump. ;_;

  2. Dani says:

OMG I love my Puffy still to this day! My grandparents got it for me the day I was born now I am grown, married, & living half way across the country but my Puffy still sits on my bed everyday! :)

  3. terri says:

My mom thinks I’m nuts because I’m 22 and still keep my puffy on my bookshelf in case I have a nightmare. The thing that really gets her is that puffy has had so much hugging all his stuffing has come out. So he’s like the ugliest rabbit ever now but I still won’t part with him for more than 2 sleeps.

    • VelmaDinkley says:

You can re-stuff those things, you know. It’s surprisingly easy. You just have to fluff up the stuffing first so it doesn’t get too firm – don’t want to lose the puffalumpiness.

I’ve just decided that “puffalumpiness” is a word.

I got a puffalump mouse my very first Christmas. Now I’m 23 and I still sleep with “Mousey”. It drives my husband nuts. ;-D

  5. Dweezal says:

OMG I had one of those! I got it when I was born I think.I think it was a duck…don’t know what ever happened to it…

  6. megger says:

I still have my puffy. I got him for my 10th birthday-he’s a turquois colored dog. His head is halfway ripped off, but that meant I could stuff my diary down inside his belly to hide it as a teenager! I will also admit to practising my kissing technique on him as well! ;)

  7. AileenHeather says:

I have one aswell, mine had a rattle inside of it. It still sits on my shelf with the raggity anne dolls my nana made me.

  8. SuperCucco says:

what if you have no arms?

    • Meg says:

Hug it with your legs? Well in that case I suppose you could hug it wrong…

I have my two rabbits sitting right here with me as I type this. One purple, one pink. Funny how I always considered them to be brother and sister…

  9. Nickel says:

OMG I HAVE A PUFFALUMP!!! Someone got it for me when I was born! I have the yellow cat! I’ve had it all 23 years of my life!

  10. Kelila says:

    Wow, long story about mine:
I had a pink Puffalump doll when I was about two years old, and it was my most favorite toy in the whole world. I wouldn’t go to sleep without it, and I carried it everywhere. One day, she tragically went missing. My parents scoured the house but couldn’t find it, and they thought I might have dropped her in a parkinglot somewhere. It was getting late and I was still refusing to go to sleep, wailing at the top of my lungs, so my dad finally decided to drive out to Wal-Mart and buy me a new one. He came back and gave her to me, saying that he had found her.
Skip to a few days later. I was innocently playing with my kitchen set, pacifier in mouth, when I happened to open my plastic stove. Lo and behold, there was the original Puffalump doll. Shocked speechless, I compared her to the new one, side by side. After a few moments’ contemplation, I ran up to my parents with both dolls and declared, “LOOK! Now there’s TWO!” Needless to say, they were a bit embarrassed–but I was simply delighted. I still have both dolls to this day.

  11. Tina says:

OMG I was just telling my mom I wanted her to go find my two that I got as a kid so I can give them to my daughter!

  12. Eryn says:

I had a Puffalump Kids doll as a child. I loved her very much, but for some reason, I named her “Hey You There.” xD
